Engineering Design
Our staff provides innovative ideas, skill, and experience in the following general areas:
- Mechanical Engineering – providing concepts, prototypes, and production designs that give robust industrial solutions to your equipment needs. Capabilities include 3-D solid modeling (SolidWorks), finite element analysis (Ansys), as well as 2-D documentation (AutoCAD).
- Electrical Engineering – from heavy industrial applications requiring 480VAC down to dedicated printed circuit board solutions 1.5VDC ICs, we can provide a solution. Capabilities include circuit design and layout (Protel) as well as schematic representation (AutoCAD).
- Software Engineering – dedicated to automating equipment, including PLC based solutions (Allen-Bradley and Siemens) as well as PC based applications (Fortran, VisualBasic, LabView). We have broad experience in process control (PID loop tuning), robust operator interfacing (HMIs), as well as troubleshooting and diagnostic tools to provide user-friendly equipment.
