Visitor Policy

Welcome to PROD Design & Analysis Inc. To ensure the safety of everyone, all visitors and contractors must comply with the following requirements while on company premises.

1. BEFORE ENTERING

  • ✓ Present a valid photo ID.
  • ✓ Register at Reception or in the Lobby.
  • ✓ Sign the Visitor Log.
  • ✓ Remove hats, sunglasses, or any accessories that prevent proper identification.
  • ✓ Wear your visitor badge at all times.
  • ✓ Remain accompanied by your authorized host (company employee).

2. GENERAL RULES

  • ✓ No smoking inside the facility.
  • ✓ No food consumption in work areas.
  • ✓ Keep beverages in closed, spill-proof containers only. ✓ Do not use cell phones while operating any equipment.
  • ✓ Immediately report any unsafe condition or emergency.

3.REQUIRED ATTIRE

  • ✓ Closed-toe shoes are required.
  • ✗ Sandals, flip-flops, and high heels are not permitted.
  • ✗ Shorts, skirts, and dresses are not permitted.
  • ✓ Long hair must be tied back while operating equipment.
  • ✓ Avoid loose clothing or jewelry that could become caught in machinery.

4. PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)  Depending on the area being visited:

1. Green Zone (Offices)

  • · Follow general requirements.

2. Yellow Zone (Assembly, Quality Control & Validation)

  •  Safety glasses as required.
  • ·Follow host instructions at all times.

3. Red Zone (Manufacturing & Welding)

  • Safety glasses are required.
  •  Safety footwear is required.
  •  Restricted access; authorization required.

5.  EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY

  • ✗ Visitors are NOT permitted to operate company machinery, tools, forklifts, lifting platforms, or company vehicles.

6. EMERGENCIES

If you hear an alarm:

  1.  Stop all activities.
  2.  Follow your host to the nearest emergency exit.
  3.  Proceed to the designated assembly point.
  4.  Do not re-enter the building until authorized.

7. CHEMICALS

  • ✓ Do not handle chemicals or gas cylinders.
  • ✓ Immediately report any spill or unsafe condition.

NOISE

  • Hearing protection provided by the company must be worn in designated high-noise areas.
